Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the helpfulness and warmth of our team, as well as the convenient location and the range of dining options available nearby. Your kind words about our staff are especially appreciated and will certainly be shared with the team. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that the stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your observations regarding the age of the property, the condition of the rooms, and the overall value for money. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as they help us identify areas where improvements are needed. We would also like to clarify that the property offers beautiful river views, although it does not have direct river access, and we regret if this distinction was not clear at the time of booking. Your feedback regarding the rooms and pricing has been shared with our management and relevant teams for review. We are continuously working on maintaining and upgrading the property while preserving its character, and feedback such as yours helps us prioritize where improvements are most needed. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more comfortable and satisfying experience. Warm regards, Front Office Manager Abhishek Kumar
