Very clean room, good value for money, and courteous staff. Check-in was quick and professional, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was free, and you can take the bus that stops right in front of the hotel on the way back. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception helped me charge my IPhone 15 pro as a result of not having the correct charging socket in my room. Was pleased for assistance

Check-in Check-in was really good. We were coming from Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich where we had received warm greeting and smiles. This hotel didn't disappoint! I got complimentary upgrade as it was the night before my birthday. Staff The hotel was well taken care off and clean. My son and I both have dustmite allergies and we were fine so I can assure you it was clean. Many thanks to housekeeping team! Bravo. Food Breakfast was ok, limited options. No bacon or sausages but you will not go hungry. Location Hotel is 30mins from Central Zürich in traffic. It is 10mins to the airport. This hotel has a McDonald's inside it, plus lots shopping complex near by - perfect for last minute shopping. Top Tip! There is a microwave downstairs and also a fridge were you can purchase soft drinks or alcohol!

I was not offered transportation back to the airport. I was very disappointed that I had to download the uber app and make the arrangements myself

Accommodating and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was a bit lumpy and seems to have been two single beds put together.
