In response to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Suzhou, please take into account the following points to ensure your safety during your stay with us. 

Please show your health code, itinerary, and nucleic acid test report within 48 hours. If the nucleic acid test has been carried out on the same day but the report has not yet been issued, please sign the letter of commitment at the front desk and move to the hotel area once the nucleic acid negative report has been issued. 

The hotel's underground parking lot is closed. Guests can park in the square on the first floor. All entrances and exits except the lobby will be closed. Please enter and exit the hotel through the lobby on the first floor. 

The hotel will make the following adjustments to the opening hours of the following facilities: 

  • Our semi-buffet breakfast will be available from 6:30-10:00 am on weekdays and 6:30-10:30 am on weekends. If you have a special preference for breakfast, please contact us in advance.
