Modern, clean and efficient hotel. Slightly away from the centre, but still walking distance. Tasty breakfast, but limited space. Check in was slow, they had trouble finding our reservation.

Very good rooms and new clean and well furnished. Some staff training needed, others are excellent as was the night porter thank you for our take out breakfast

Newly opened, lovely design, super comfy beds & duvets I didn’t want to get up! Breakfast had a lovely offer Staff very accommodating & welcoming About 10 min walk to centre which is perfect as the centre was very busy & noisy, so worked out well.

Great hotell within the city easy to enter with great parking and walk to the city center . Very fresh almost new great corner room on 7th floor

The junior suite I booked was fantastic great bedding. The room was nice and quiet. Staff at the Radisson well lovely and very helpful, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. During our trip, my daughter and I ate dinner at the restaurant and also had breakfast at the restaurant. The meals were delicious my daughter and I both had the vegetarian options. There was a great choice of breakfast items too. We also had drinks at the rooftop bar, which is an absolute delight! This hotel is in a good location to explore Reims and to take trains to the airport and Épernay. Our sincerest thanks to Hugo and Bastian in particular for their kindness during our 3 night stay. Highly recommend.
