Excellent hotel! Clean, easy to walk to town, train station etc. Very quiet hotel!
We stayed at the Raddison for 5 nights. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral/centre. Lovely property with friendly staff willing to help with any request. As Raddison VIP we were offered an upgrade to a junior suite. It was a lovely room with lots of space. Comfor table bed. Breakfast was a nice spread each morning largely continental with bacon, eggs and potatoes. Breakfast was never overcrowded during our stay The bar on the ground floor was nice with a few champagnes by the glass. There is a rooftop bar that is underused by the hotel only open on certain days. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a stay in Reims if just visiting for a day or two or using it as a base to visit the champagne region like we did.
Lovely new-ish hotel that was a perfect base for our Reims stay. Car park right next door. Easy to get to. The room was quiet, even next to an elevator, and with views of the train tracks. So well insulated for sound that, as a light sleeper, I never woke once to other noise. Breakfast simple but plentiful, though the area for it can get quite tight on space. Tip - use the larger table near the entry foyer to eat at. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room. Very good overall
we spent one night at the Radisson. Service was lovely and we will be back in December with more friends and family
My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. The staff were fabulous, so welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was by far the comfiest that I’ve slept in for a long time. The junior suite was fantastic because it had an extra compartment for my daughter who was absolutely delighted with her bunk bed! Parking is right next to the hotel and it is a short walk to the centre ville. I wont be staying anywhere other than here when I visit Reims.
