Meetings & Events facilities

Book the perfect space from our selection of 13 multifunctional venues, covering 1,300 square meters and suitable for parties of up to 700 guests outdoors and 500 indoors. Filled with daylight and outfitted with meeting equipment and fast, free Wi-Fi, we also offer a pre-function area and free basement parking next to valet parking upon request. Adapt your meetings and make the best of both worlds with our latest hybrid meeting technology.

Creative spaces within the hotel

Located on the ground floor of the hotel building, our three event studios range from 26 to 59 square meters and offer bright and inspiring spaces for seminars, boardroom meetings, and more—beanbags and games included. Perfect for 10 to 45 guests.

Multi-functional spaces

High ceilings and plenty of natural light make SMART, our Meeting Hub's ballroom, shine with movable stages, high-tech screens, projectors, and sound systems in place.
Our pre-function area is a perfect space for welcome parties and coffee breaks.

SMART can be divided into 3 parts ranging between 174 and 206 square meters. They can accommodate everything from smaller cabaret and convention set-ups up to a 220-guest cocktail reception.

Multi-set up rooms—ground floor

Located on the ground floor of our Meeting Hub, Tech and Wired are our two multi-set-up venues offering modern design and plenty of natural light.  One floor up, there are their twins - Hyper and Cable. With 35 square meters each, they can host between nine guests in a U-shape setup and 42 guests in a theater setup when combined into one, either on the ground floor or on the first floor.

These venues are all ideally suited for creative gatherings and informal get-togethers.

Multi-set up rooms—first floor

Located on the first floor, Device and Hooked are two additional rooms, each featuring 25 square meters of modern design. They are ideal for small meetings and offer flexible set-ups for up to 10 participants.

Fixed boardrooms

Connect, a fixed boardroom of 19 square meters, is ideal for small boardroom meetings of up to 10 participants. Smart plugs, projectors, and screens are included.
