Outstanding food at Raddison

Decided to dine in at the Raddison. Ordered achori cauliflower and fish and chips. Food was outstanding. The cauliflower was a showstopper and decided to pass on the compliments to the chef. Babuli Nayak and Kesraj came down to share recipe and tips as requested . They kindly spend 20 min sharing their cooking tips. Thank you both.
