very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and obliging.Great location to city centre, trams and train station.

Location was great with parking nearby rooms where spacious and clean, overall great experience but only a couple of down sides it stated that the pool was heated but no way was it heated as could only stay in for a bit as was too cold even with moving about also would be nice to have robes and slippers in every room for all paying guests as we was told it’s only certain rooms that are allowed them.

A fab hotel stay at a superb city centre location, warm friendly staff, clean and outstanding hotel.

I had an amazing holiday although it was too short. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Definitely will be booking again soon.

Stayed here a good few times now, The staff are always friendly. The rooms are lovely and have a great ambiance the location is perfect for me as well. Will be staying again thanks.
