I generally stay at this Radisson - the facilities and the levels of service are second to none. I would firmly recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Manchester City Centre.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre and overall had a really pleasant experience. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its fantastic location, which was perfect for attending a concert and exploring the nearby shops, everything was within easy walking distance, which made the trip so much more convenient. The staff at reception were especially lovely and welcoming. They went out of their way to make check-in smooth and even asked if we had a preference for our room. I mentioned that we’d prefer a room with a bath, and they kindly accommodated this request, which was very much appreciated. One area for improvement would be the pillows. They were quite soft and there didn’t seem to be any alternative options available. As a result, they felt quite flat when sleeping, which affected overall comfort. Having a choice of firmer pillows or additional options would make a big difference. Overall, a great stay thanks to the location and excellent customer service.

I stayed here for a concert at the co op live which is about 40 min walk. This is a lovely clean hotel the room on the 2nd floor and very spacious . I had a good nights sleep and a nice breakfast . The staff are very friendly . Looking forward to staying again when I have my next concert in Manchester
