Stayed for the Wolf Alice gig at the AO Arena - hotel was perfectly positioned, offered large discount on the parking across the road and not far to walk into town for the Christmas markets.

This was a great hotel at a great price...The pool was fab, the food was delish, yeah, would come again...Had adjoining rooms and staff were great too.

Recently stayed at this hotel to watch the gladiators. Parking was easy in the AO arena carpark opposite to which the hotel give you a 50% off ticket when you leave, so 24 hours it brought the price to £13. There was a little confusion on check but the staff were lovely and friendly making an effort to speak to our 4 year old. The hotel was very clean, nice modern decor. We stayed on the 5th room in a family room which was immaculate in terms of clean. The decor is nice and room a decent size with all the ammenties you need, ironing board, iron, fridge etc. The bed was comfortable but my only critism about or entire stay was that the pillows were too soft for my liking, even with two I couldnt get comfortable. The hotel is located a 10 minute work from the Arndale and city centre, the AO arena is across the road if visiting for events. Cheaper than other many hotels in an around the centre and we would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay here, great location close to big shopping area and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to railway station. Excellent service, let me join the membership so I could check in early. Very good breakfast, and excellent pool and other facilities
