I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, was pleased to be upgraded to a better room and it was my first trip with my newborn baby. Anna at the bar went over and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my baby and was a pleasure to deal with.

4 of stayed on a Sunday night for Ed Sheeran concert. The hotel was perfect. Entrance / lobby area is modern and clean. Bat and restaurants area also look like have been recently modernised. The bedrooms were also modern and very clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking at the AO citipark opposite is heavily discounted by the hotel. It was one of our birthdays whilst staying and staff had put a banner, balloons and some chocolate in the room which was a nice touch. A great hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for the Wolf Alice gig at the AO Arena - hotel was perfectly positioned, offered large discount on the parking across the road and not far to walk into town for the Christmas markets.

This was a great hotel at a great price...The pool was fab, the food was delish, yeah, would come again...Had adjoining rooms and staff were great too.
