2024-03-25This being my first trip to India I am keen to explore what the local cuisine has to offer and needed some assistance. Jaideep was a brilliant host, helping me navigate a list of foods that I have never before come across. This morning we settled on Massala tea (lovely) and a massala dosa (incredible). Looking forward to the next few days and expanding my palate and knowledge of the wonderful food India has to offer.
