Alima, our Italian and Mediterranean restaurant, is built around the richness of Sardinian ingredients. Around 80% of the kitchen’s produce is sourced on the island, from seasonal vegetables and herbs to local cheeses and fish caught in nearby waters, keeping the cooking closely connected to the land and sea.
