Excellent hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful room, relatively close to the center (about 1km to the Main Square) Neat and cozy room, with TV, safe, fridge/ mini bar (for a fee), possibility to make coffee/tea in the room, tablet with hotel services and city information. The hotel accepts dogs, so we are realy happy and grateful. Parking is for extra fee.

No complaints. It has clean, comfortable standard rooms with good central air conditioning and a room fridge. The shower, like several we've seen in Europe, only had a half shower door, which is weird and makes it easy to splash, but it had nice hot water and good water pressure. The beds were fine. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant seemed popular. The staff were professional and helpful, and on-site parking in the garage was fairly reasonably priced. It's located right on the edge of the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it definitely gets the job done.

Excellent hotel in the southern part of the city center. My room was huge, in a corner with excellent views. Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side 👌
"Lovely comfortable hotel in the middle of Linz"

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and in a great location for the rest of Linz The bike park for our bikes was really good, easily accessible from the hotel and secure. We had a good one night stay here and would stay again.

Great hotel, staff very very kind and helpful. No weak points. All perfect. Room very clean and large. I liked the silence . I'll back. Thanks. TOP HOTEL !!! Breakfast very good also with Covid problems.
