We absolutely loved this place! For me, staying in a hotel means more than just having a room—it’s about interacting with the staff in a positive way. Otherwise, I would simply choose an Airbnb. This hotel could easily be considered one of the best in the world. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff, especially Servet, was extremely hospitable while remaining authentic, which made the experience even more special. From the very beginning, when they arranged a transfer for us, to the moment of check-out, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We stayed here for 2 nights. Receptionist very polite and attentive. They offered drinks at check in and welcome teas and offered umbrella when it was raining outside before we even thought of asking. Room we booked standard room and there’s 4 of us, it’s in the smaller side but i guess expected in the centre. room and decor is nice and clean, good amenities provided. Breakfast- we love- Caters kids palate and ours. We didn’t have breakfast included in initial booking but at check out they said our young daughter goes free which is a nice surprise. If we come here again we’d probably stay here again if available.

I had a very nice experience in Istanbul in Royal hotel, the stuff members a very kind and helpful, especially Aleina very service oriented and Merve our cleaning lady provided a great space.

Strategic place for walking distance in Haga Sophia area and helpful staff assisting on tour within Istanbul. Definitely recommended hotel
