We found the old town charming but a bit cliched. Good to explore for a day but we would recommend getting on a tram and explore.(Garry E)
Room 501 is very quiet. No views as it doesn't face the street, but we requested this. Lovely for us.(Michael D)

Wonderful location near the old town centre and bus stop.The room was large and comfortable bed. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern, tasteful and we love it.

Excellent stay in a perfect location. The hotel is ideally situated right by the Old Town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with great variety. I honestly couldn’t fault anything about my stay.

"Well Located with Great Rooms and Staff"

We had a great stay and were very happy with our choice of hotel. The location is great, close to both the old and new town, around 10 minutes walk to the Christmas Markets on Raekoja Plats. We loved our rooms, the Superior with Freedom Square View category, both were corner rooms with 3 big windows overlooking this landmark. These were spacious, with THE most comfortable bed and bedding, we both struggled to get out of it. Other upsides include a bath, excellent shower, well stocked mini bar, kettle and plenty of charging points. Whilst you could hear a little bit of traffic noise, this was minimal, and rooms were incredibly well insulated internally. Staff on reception were always helpful and friendly, with excellent English. Prompt in responding to pre-stay emails too. We didn’t dine or have breakfast, but enjoyed coffee in the hotel cafe. The Palace offers a spa, but our itinerary didn’t allow time for a visit. A great choice in Tallinn.

Good option to spend weekend. A business class hotel is quite private during weekend. Close to nice old town and city centre.
