Check in very smooth, room are tidur and cleanliness, staff are nice and friendly. But unfortunately for superior room are no slipper and bathrobe and then only 2 feather pillows. other are fantastic.

Clean and organized hotel. Lobby is nice but could be a little less dark and a bit more new-fashioned.

Nothing to really complain about. A little bit disapointed that there was no fresh orange juice for breakfast, and too small pillows - but neither was an issue. Overall I had a great stay, and was pleased with every interaction with the staff.

The hotel had very modern and beautiful rooms. Lots of space, great amenities and friendly staff. Close to shopping, food, and parks.

Could not be improved as best hotel we have stayed at in Poznan. Will be booking again as the need arrises and would certainly recommend.
