Although we arrived much earlier than the usual check-in time, the front desk team welcomed us warmly and handled everything smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Polina and the entire reception team (front desk) for their kindness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality from the very first moment. From my personal observations during many years of travel, Poland has become one of the leading countries in many areas, including the quality of service and hospitality. The team at Radisson Collection Warsaw truly reflects this high standard. We have always deeply appreciated the dedication of the front office manager and all team members. Their professionalism is matched by something even more valuable: authentic human warmth. Every interaction is accompanied by genuine care, attentiveness, and sincere smiles. Special appreciation also goes to the Food & Beverage team, including Tomasz and his colleagues, who consistently create a welcoming atmosphere and make every meal a pleasant experience. What makes this hotel special is not only its excellent facilities and location, but above all the people. The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels both elegant and genuinely caring. I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Faustyna at the reception was especially helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very cozy and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect — close to the city center, which made everything easy to reach. The spa area was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day out. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a wide selection and very tasty food. Highly recommended!

Central location but rooms are very quiet. Luxurious but felt cozy. The rooms overlook a basketball court but no noise at night only from maybe 10 am to 7 or so. There were renovations going on but the work doesn't start until 10:00 and ended 17:00 on the dot. Great job to whoever is running the renovations, most hotels mess this up and let the workers start early. I was working from the room and really appreciated that they handled this so professionally. Service was great, Faustina in particular went above and beyond but everyone was lovely. Bed was a little too soft but fine. The breakfast was overpriced for what you get. It wasn't bad, just the same breakfast you could find in a much cheaper hotel. I would recommend this to all business travelers and will definitely stay here in future.
