An example of the graciousness, hospitality, and generosity of the Polish people and nation. Arriving at the hotel, immediately I was greeted and assisted to my room. The next morning Tomasz Kondratiuk greeted me and saw to my every need for breakfast. In the evening I was greeted and superbly served in the restaurant. The Radisson Collection in Warsaw is the place to stay and know you will have a splendid experience.

Spent one night at the Radisson Collection Warsaw in the summer of 2025 and had a pleasant stay. There was little to fault overall. The location is very good. The room overlooking the Palace of Culture was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as we did not opt for it. The only minor area for improvement relates to cleanliness in less visible spots, such as under the sofa cushions. Overall, it was a very good experience.
