Had a great stay at Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Srinagar. The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. Special thanks to Urfee, Adil, Sadaf, and the reception team for their outstanding service. Really enjoyed my stay! I also want to bring one issue to your notice. I always share my Radisson membership number at the reception during check-in, but I never receive my points. This has happened not only in Srinagar, but in multiple Radisson hotels around the world. Request you to please look into this and help resolve the issue.

The location is perfect, in the hear of the city , at the same time relaxed stmosphere on the banks of Jehlum river. My room was facing the river with a balcony. Very spacious and elegantly done. The hotel gives a feel of uber luxury. Mysar in particular was very courtious.

This hotel truly deserves all the appreciation! Our stay in Srinagar was made even more memorable by their warm hospitality and delicious food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. A special mention to Mehek from the restaurant — she is incredibly sweet and took such wonderful care of my daughter. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Kudos to the entire team for setting such high standards. Highly recommended! 🌟
