After 30 hours of travel the kindness of Guilia offering two tired travellers a coffee while we checked in was almost overwhelming. She was fantastic for our whole stay, booked us into a fabulous restaurant in Bellagio for our day trip there & we couldn’t speak highly enough of her. Loved the hotel too - suited us perfectly, every detail in the rooms so thoughtful - lighting, storage, decor, bathroom amenities. Quiet too! No street noise & fabulous black-out curtains. Would definitely choose again ❤️

An excellent location within 30minutes easy walk of all the main areas of Milan and with easy access to public transport. All the staff when out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped make our stay in Milan a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

What an unforgettable stay at Palazzo Touring! We were celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday and Mother’s Day (UK), and the team went above and beyond to make it magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite—beyond our expectations—and there were beautiful birthday arrangements awaiting my daughter. Every detail, from the stunning hotel itself to the amazing breakfast and warm, attentive staff, made this a stay we’ll never forget. Truly exceptional!.

Comfortable hotel with a very good location to the city center. Nicely furbished rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable bedding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good for tourists. Would come again for sure.
