Very welcoming and professional staff. Cosy boutique type hotel, very clean, silent rooms. Delicious breakfest, good quality of food. Very close to city centre, but quite and impression of privacy.

Before booking this hotel, I had some doubts because after reading the reviews I thought it might not be worth the money. For this reason, I decided not to take a risk and booked only one night. I did not regret it at all. The location is excellent — only a 10–15 minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated for the New Year, the building itself is very elegant, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The bathroom is large, and everything you might need is provided: a kettle, coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, dental kits, a comb, and a sponge. The staff are extremely attentive and very polite. Their attitude towards guests fully соответствует the level expected from a five-star hotel.
