The kitchen caters to dietary requirements, and dedicated vegan and gluten-free menus already sit on our website. Share your guest list early and the team can plan properly.

Packages include welcome and toasting glasses, with Champagne on our higher tiers, plus half a bottle of house wine for every guest.

Rooms for your guests
Our Collection Package includes preferential accommodation and breakfast rates for wedding guests, across 258 rooms and suites. The couple stay in an Alfresco Suite, with breakfast included on our higher tiers.
Arriving
St Peter's Square tram stop is roughly a two-minute walk from the door, Manchester Piccadilly is near by, and Manchester Airport is a short drive away. For guests driving, parking is available on request.
