Magnificent hotel only surpassed by its wonderful staff. Kyaw at reception went above and beyond at every opportunity, greeted us as Gaeilge (in Irish) and couldn’t have been more healthful. My son is still talking about the one of a kind waiter, Ciaran, we met during breakfast in the Edwardian. Ciaran has a one of kind personality that makes everyone feel welcome, attended to and shares a laugh over a morning coffee. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but the ladies managing the spa reception were fantastic too. In short, we came for the magnificent hotel but the hotel staff made it a trip we’ll never forget

We’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 7 years, visiting several times a year, and this Christmas stay — which also marked our anniversary — reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. The staff and hospitality are truly exceptional and make every visit feel special. The spa and gym are fantastic, and the breakfast is consistently unbeatable, even during the busy festive period. A special mention to Mirela and Kumar, who recognise us and our children by name every time we visit — that personal touch means more than they probably realise. The kitchen team, Avah along with many others whose names I unfortunately can’t remember) are all incredibly welcoming and attentive. Christmas stays can often feel impersonal, but here it felt warm, relaxed, and genuinely memorable. A perfect place to celebrate both Christmas and an anniversary. We’ll definitely be back — as always.

Great hotel stayed for 3 nights for Christmas shopping and family meals. Special mentions got to go to Koby in the bar and Gary on concierge who really went the extra mile to make our experience extra special.

This was my second stay, and it was just as amazing as the first time. The Edwardian Hotel Manchester is such a beautiful property! My room was excellent, and I was lucky to get one with a great view of the city! One of my favorite parts of the property was the Library Champagne Bar. It's such an elegant, intimate space with an outstanding selection that makes for an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay in Manchester.
