The location is really good, the rooms are nice, it’s the service that makes the stay. I was only in for 3 nights and by the second morning Agata had remembered what I like in my omelette and how I take my coffee! Brackfast service in general is really strong.

Just attended a major conference at Manchester Central and my first time at this beautiful hotel. It’s so well managed, incredible staff, rooms are very contemporary, it’s in a great location, you can’t ask for more. 10/10
