Avoid Monday because the main restaurant does not seem to be open during that evening(Andreia M)
Have to book a slot in the spa, we found the morning was quieter than evening and more enjoyable. (30e27)
You must book in time to use the pool facilities. The lifts can get very busy as well! (Elliot M)
This hotel has no car park therefore travelling with a car can be costly if you use the nearby NCP car park which can cost 33 pounds daily.(MahdiA_12)

Had a really relaxed and enjoyable stay. The hotel has a lovely, chilled out vibe, lovely bars and a great, central location. A special shout out to the concierge, Gary who looked after us so well during our stay - genuinely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel 😉

Excellent Location, Free Parking, Spacious Rooms, Beautiful Classic Restaurants. Unfortunately my room was at a place where Garbage Trucks came in the morning and on Monday Morning they were crushing Glass Bottles creating a lot of noise. The staff was supportive and had all basic amenities.
