Kyan was our coordinator for our booking. Kyan was fantastic, so kind, so genuine. He went above and beyond for us. We had a few concerns that with the help of him and Iqra that were immediately taken on board, addressed and resolved expeditiously to the best of their ability. Kyan took the time out of his day to take us around to see other rooms, and facilitate our requests. He was so friendly, so welcoming and has a fantastic aura. Whilst remaining so professional, he was so empathetic and I cannot thank Kyan enough for making our stay extra special. He remembered our names, and the celebratory reasons we were visiting. Thank you! Radisson is very lucky to have Kyan.

Best hotel around. This is my 4th stay and Kyaw is amazing. He’s first class & it’s always great to see him still here when I’ve visited the hotel over the years. If you’re in Manchester this is the hotel for you & ask for Kyaw!

The customer service to accommodate our needs was exceptional. Myen uddin in particular was very friendly and helpful and looked after us very well. I’m very pleased with how things were handled. He went out of his way to make us feel satisfied with the room. The location was easy to find and we had a really nice view from our room. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the attention to detail was amazing.

It was our second time staying at this brilliant hotel. I have to give Gary a very special mention, I had wanted to last year but didn’t remember his name - he’s a memorable guy so I’m not sure how! He made us feel like ROYALTY even though we really aren’t, and the course of both stays he goes to so much effort with all the guests to ensure they feel well looked after, and also that they are having FUN. Thanks Gary, and Kyaw who checked us in was lovely too! Can’t wait to come back next year.

I had an issue with the booking via Hotels.com which meant I had nowhere to stay. Viktoria and Kyaw were fantastic helping me with the refund and booking directly with them. Huge thanks to them both!! The hotel is lovely as is the Spa. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
