The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Had an absolutely fantastic afternoon at Peter Street Kitchen for their Japanese whisky tasting experience. From start to finish it was brilliantly put together – a great selection of whiskies, perfectly paced, and a really relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. A special shoutout to K, who hosted the session. He was incredibly knowledgeable without ever being overwhelming, explained each whisky in a really engaging way, and brought plenty of personality and humour to the whole experience. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, which made it all the more enjoyable. Whether you're into whisky already or just curious to learn more, I’d highly recommend this experience. Great venue, great drinks, and even better hosting. Will definitely be back!
