Spend weekend in this hotel and everything was excellent, rooms were clean, food great ,staff were friendly

I was with my group from kenya in April 2026, the best experience ever, my first time in Cape Town. The staff is kind, from checking to the departure. We felt welcomed and safe, there is a girl named Sisipho she is so kind and always smiling she gave us the best experience my team calls her our helper she is very buble, helpful and goes all out to suggest tourist experience outside the hotel she used her connections t ensure our safety for night life. Look for her when you go the best !

You made me feel truly special by celebrating my birthday at your facility. The manager surprised me with a beautiful cake and sweet wine. The professionalism of your staff is admirable. I had a great stay at Radisson Hotel Cape Town. The view was beautiful, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a really good first impression. The hotel also felt very safe and secure, which is important. The location is convenient, and I really liked the shuttle service that takes you to Sea Point it made getting around much easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay again
