Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped with everything you need. The breakfast buffet is really good, and the location couldn't be better.

Great experience- highly recommend. We arrived before check-in, and were greeted warmly by desk staff. At the hotel restaurant, the servers were helpful and friendly. While waiting in the lobby for the rooms, we met Travel Advisor Sedeeka - who was delightful. She provided a city map, gave recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and importantly- explained the local gratuity rate (10%), as well as what payment is typical for valets, etc(R100). We felt welcome right away and highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my time in the Filini restaurant, having dinner with my wife. The Italian Job burger is the real deal and I recommend everyone to try it out. The service was fantastic and the barman really treated to some wonderful cocktails. This place will definitely be seeing very soon.

Fantastic service from a team that genuinely welcomed us and looked after us. Spotlessly clean, big room, comfy bed, great breakfast with a huge choice including gluten free options. I loved the window seat with a view of Table Mountain. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront was helpful. Good location too, easy and safe to walk to Waterfront in daytime, and shops local. Just be careful near the train station and around City Hall, we didn’t have any problems but it didn’t feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel
