Stayed 2 nights here during Christmas Eve and day .. We were at the residence wing, and have the corner unit at the end of the hallway. Big room with a balcony overseeing the mountain. So it was a beautiful white Christmas. The room is great. Dinner for Christmas was a huge buffet spread. Crowded as expected but nice nevertheless. Maybe because of the flooring, you can hear quite a bit of footsteps in the night. There wa also quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell coming into the room. Maybe someone next door is smoking. That was rather unpleasant . But the room and hotel is very good so I stick to the 5 stars.

A fantastic hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located close to the city center and the Tatra National Park. I highly recommend it!

Overall the hotel is fine, everything works and is beautiful. Only the wear and tear of the floor in the room and restaurant is visible. Also, there could be free parking.

Hotel has nice amenities for Radisson Rewards Members. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment fully equipped with kitchen and fantastic balcony and chairs with view of the Tatras Mountains. The walk into old town Zakopane was only 5 minutes. Hotel parking (underground) was very convenient and hotel itself is sleek and modern, very clean with helpful front desk and staff. Buffet breakfast has a lot of options and was delicious and breakfast area had a nice ambience. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and cooperative. They helped in every possible way. The breakfast was good and delicious. Thanks so much for the service.
