Overall the hotel is fine, everything works and is beautiful. Only the wear and tear of the floor in the room and restaurant is visible. Also, there could be free parking.

Hotel has nice amenities for Radisson Rewards Members. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment fully equipped with kitchen and fantastic balcony and chairs with view of the Tatras Mountains. The walk into old town Zakopane was only 5 minutes. Hotel parking (underground) was very convenient and hotel itself is sleek and modern, very clean with helpful front desk and staff. Buffet breakfast has a lot of options and was delicious and breakfast area had a nice ambience. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and cooperative. They helped in every possible way. The breakfast was good and delicious. Thanks so much for the service.

The best hotel in this region. The hotel is in a great location, cozy, spacious, very comfortable beds! Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious. Our stay was made memorable and unforgettable by the receptionist Wiktoria, she was professional, informative, friendly and with a wonderful smile on her face. Thank you, I recommend it to everyone!

It was a family vacation trip and I had a great time. The Radisson Hotel was perfect as always. A very beautiful hotel, clean that offers you everything! Very close to the center with parking and security. I definitely recommend it.
