Perfect stay, location is very convenient. We’ve stayed here for two days in the coldest period of July and jacuzzi outside saved the day!!! Breakfast was rich for local dishes and was delicious, everyone from the staff we met was professional and friendly, especially the lady at the check in, definitely not our last time here :)

Me and my family went to raddison for about 5 days, we were not expecting it to be that good we were so glad we picked an amazing hotel for our trip to Poland. We left yesterday and I already miss it

The hotel was AMAZING we were automatically greeted by a male worker and we stayed for a week and he was EXTREMELY helpful with lots of things during our journey he helped us with our bags and he was helping us with our room he was amazing and very helpful and other staff were also very kind and helpful and the food was amazing and live music and also the rooms are so nice I wish we stayed more and that male worker deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really hope they know who I’m talking about he has brown hair and he wears a vest he was helping with the bags at the reception he made this very easy so thanks to him and other amazing staff

Fantastic hotel in great location and friendly staff. From the moment we walk in Zaneta and Ola greet us and promptly check us in with room upgrade. Great service from them both. Resturant staff are also very friendly with Max doing a great job to take our al a carte order. Spa is lovely too. Must stay hotel in zakopane. 5 star in every sense.

An exceptional hotel that genuinely cares about its guests and provides personalized service at every stage of the stay. The staff are classy, professional, and discreet. The hotel is spotless, and the restaurant serves excellent food. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
