Really comfortable, pleasant hotel. Well located for restaurants and for seeing the city. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic value too
The Maintainence and service was very nice, i am happy of the 2 days of stay. i will visit again their compulsory.
40+ years of international travel means I'm not easily impressed, but this hotel gets it right, especially with customer service. From the out of hours email from Emiliia, reassuring me that my much delayed arrival would not be a problem, to the ease with which a late checkout was agreed and organised, this hotel has the right attitude and culture. Lots of friendly smiles and a genuine desire to help and make you feel welcome. To whoever has encouraged these service values - Thank you! This was my fourth stay with you and it will not be my last.
Great place in the heart of the city! Service was excellent! I recommend this hotel and the restaurant, which served excellent food. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit :)
Firstly the official photo of the hotel does not reflect how nice an entrance the hotel has. To the left of the main door is an outdoor seating area, entering into a welcoming lobby area. To the left of reception is a gorgeous Lobby Bar. Very comfortable to have drinks or just to read a book. Also in front of the door is a seating area. The hotel is in an ideal location, both for walking to destinations nearby, and for public transport, with lots of trams & buses just a few steps away from the front of the hotel. Reception staff, after a very late arrival by us, were very efficient, and the plane delays had been passed on to the shuttle taxi, by reception, following Emails from ourselves, so we had no problem at the airport, our taxi was waiting! We had a Superior room, on the second floor, which was recently refurbished. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the room. Adam, in the Copernicus Lounge( rooftop views), and also staff in the Lobby bar were very friendly, and made me very good quality cocktails. Copernicus Lounge has a half price cocktail of the day during early evening, a different cocktail every day. At Breakfast Edyta every morning made us lovely double expressos from the barista bar with hot milk on the side. She was friendly, cheerful, & helpful, which made our breakfast in the hotel a really pleasant experience. There is a huge choice at the breakfast buffet, and more available to order from the menu. We tried both the Renaissance Restaurant and the Europa Restaurant during our stay. Each restaurant is different and both are worth a visit. Food in both is above average standard, and staff are lovely, welcoming and efficient. We also ate out but we were disappointed with our choice, an Indian restaurant that was just not worth going to. Reception staff were also extremely friendly, and very helpful, booking taxis to and from the airport, and giving advice on tourist matters. Now about the Spa services: this hotel does have free saunas, and a medium size swimming pool. The pool water was a nice temperature, and when we were there there was a life guard on duty. This pool I Has low lighting but is absolutely spotlessly clean! We went in our hotel dressing gowns & towels were supplied at the spa reception. I think massage is also available at a charge.. Also the Szczecin Radisson Blu has an arrangement with the Báltica Spa & wellness next door to the hotel. You can access this from the second floor of the hotel wearing dressing gowns as you don’t go outside. Sometimes there is a special offer, and entrance is free, but usually there is a small charge. We loved the extensive stream rooms at different temperatures, and also the large jacuzzi pool. There is a snow/ ice room which we promised ourselves we will visit next time. Dry saunas are nude( with towel) Bring a towel from the hotel or hire a towel. Lockers are provided free. We enjoyed a 50 minute massage, and were given a reduced price for entrance & massage as we were Radisson guests.
