






Wonderful stay at Radisson New World. Especially nice in the business lounge where Chloe and Betty were wonderful hosts
The hotel located at the end of Nanjing walking street, very conveniece to find food or shoping and easy for find Didi (Taxi), one thing I don't like it bathroom temp. every time I close the bathroom door, it's like the airflow from the exhaust fan gets stronger also my room is on the low floor, so I can hear the construction site noise at night.
had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the facilities were excellent. I especially loved the relaxing atmosphere and the high level of service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and exceeded my expectations. I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Shanghai and would like to share the outstanding service provided particularly Ms Cathy, the Business class lounge Manager . From the moment of arrival she was extremely supportive and provided helpful guidance on things to do during my stay. She took initiatives to assist in preparing for my business meetings. Her professionalism and hospitality was very evident at every step. She arranged seamlessly all required resources and set up. Throughout my stay any matter or request I raised was addressed immediately and with genuine care. Looking forward to return here for future business trips.
This time we stayed at Radisson Blu new world in Shanghai for a bit more than 2 months. During that time my wife unfortunately suffered from Shingle which is a terrible disease and was unable to get out of the room due to constant pain and nausea. We like to thank the staff at Radisson for taking good care of us during this difficult time, especially the duty manager Sanny, customer service manager Oliver, our room attendant Hebe, business lounge staff Kathy, Betty,Chloe,piortr and Jorge. Please keep up the good work. We will definitely come back whenever we are in Shanghai.
