A very enjoyable stay! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and met our expectations. The room may not be huge, but it was perfect for a couple on a multi-day getaway – a comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. The biggest plus, however, is the service – Piotr at the front desk was incredibly kind and helped us through our first few days in China. The breakfast buffet itself is varied (fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, plenty of meat), and the location is ideal – close to the metro and several nice restaurants and attractions nearby.

My partner and I stayed here for 10 nights from 5th July, and I genuinely cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It is close to all of Shanghai's main attractions, yet situated just off Nanjing Road, making it peaceful enough to enjoy a great night's sleep without the noise and bustle of the city. The hotel also has an excellent shopping mall attached, offering a fantastic range of shops and a wide variety of restaurants. We tried several of the food options during our stay, and I would highly recommend them. We spent time using both the swimming pool and the fitness centre, and both exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a long flight. I also treated myself to a massage at the hotel, and the level of service was exceptional. We enjoyed a meal at the hotel's revolving restaurant, where the food was excellent and the views across the city were spectacular. However, the real highlight of our stay was the Sky Bar. The panoramic views of Shanghai are second to none, and the atmosphere was fantastic. A special mention has to go to Alan, who made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive and always took the time to have a conversation and ask about our day. His outstanding customer service really elevated our visit and made every evening at the Sky Bar a pleasure. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're planning a trip to Shanghai, this is the place to stay. We would happily return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Every time I stay in Radisson Blu Shanghai New World it never disappoints. The staff there always make me feel like at home. This time after I mentioned in passing to Cathy, a staff member in the business lounge, that I was impressed by a Chinese delicacy I had a long time ago, she thoughtfully arranged such a dish for me the next morning. I strongly recommend Radisson Blu Shanghai New World to everyone who plans to visit Shanghai.
