I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! When I arrived at the hotel from the PVG airport, I realized I had left my wallet with my travel documents in the online rental car. I went to the Concierge desk and asked Jerry Xu and Kerry Zhu to help me contact the DiDi car rental company and reach the driver. The driver’s phone was busy all the time, but Jerry and Kerry kept calling the number for more than an hour. Eventually, the driver answered and agreed to bring the wallet back to the hotel. I was incredibly relieved, because I didn’t have to go through the stress of replacing my travel documents. Jerry and Kerry were extremely helpful and truly tried their best to resolve the issue without expecting any compensation. I really appreciate everything they did—two thumbs up! They are truly my lifesavers. In addition, Judy at the check-in counter allowed me to check in temporarily without my physical travel documents, and she reminded me to report my loss to the police station as soon as possible. This was very helpful, because it gave me time to go to my room, calm down, and focus on recovering my travel documents. 😊 With all of the above, the staff were highly professional and genuinely caring. In addition, the room was spotless, clean, and lovely. Therefore, I have absolutely no hesitation to revisit this hotel, and I highly recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Overall, the hotel is very good, comfortable, well-located, and with great facilities. If I were to be extremely picky, perhaps a bit of CAPEX (capital expenditure) on some areas could make it absolutely perfect. That said, the best part of my stay was undoubtedly the staff, especially Jorge. I had a fantastic conversation with him about watches and the city of Shanghai. Highly recommended!

It was my second stay at this hotel, everything was as good as the first time. Location perfect, rooms clean and spacious. Good value for money . I felt welcome thanks to Piotr at the business lounge who was always there to help, it was nice to talk to him.

We loved our stay, only wish we had longer. The pool is amazing. Very warm. Oliver at check in/reception was very welcoming and spoke brilliant English. Greeted by such lovely staff always makes such a good start to a stay. The restaurant is amazing. Food was great. Super location. Thanks 🙏
