The hotel service was excellent. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday and contacted the hotel in advance. The staff, especially Able, went above and beyond - helping to source a cake and flowers, sending photos for confirmation, and coordinating everything with me before arrival. The surprise was beautifully set up in the room, and my wife was genuinely delighted. The stay itself was great too: clean, spacious room and a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

I have to say the service for this hotel is excellent, the front desk staff Ms Judy Li give me an excellent service, she is professional and friendly, whatever I requested, she will try her best to fulfill my needs, and the best thing I like the most is she really remember what I did mention, good and bad, thank you Ms Judy Li, to make my stay so memorable . The concierge staffs are all excellent, I can see they are very busy, but they still always have a friendly smile on their face, like Mr Aron, Denvor, Thomas, and etc, the whole team is great. Also the location is excellent, easy to reach the subway station, and just a street away from Nanjing walking street. I for sure will come back for my next trip to Shanghai

My husband and I stayed this hotel for transit/ quick sightseeing purpose and had a good time. The property is located just off the nearest station ( people’s square) . Check in was very quick and got free upgrades to jr suite. The room was large with great views and very quiet. Large bathrooms with enclosed toilet. It was approximately 25 min walk to the river / Bund walking through promenade that has full of international and Japanese shops. I would definitely stay this hotel again. 乗り継ぎを利用して観光するために一泊しました。今回は夜遅くの到着だった事と初めての上海でしたので駅近のこちらのホテルを選択。築年数は経過していますが、清潔に維持されており他のRadisson Bluより落ち着いた内装でした。立地もバンドまで25分程度で、様々な店舗が並ぶ南京東路をぶらぶらしながら歩けばちょうど良い散歩になりました。スタッフも流暢な英語を話しますし愛想がよく気持ち良い接客を頂けました。上海も、ホテルも気に入ったので、また来ようと思います。

We had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu from 25th December for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by staff and their courteous service continued throughout our stay. Our room, located on the 19th floor was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Despite the chilly December weather outside, the room was perfectly heated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Everything in the room functioned well and housekeeping did a great job! We were treated to a complimentary festive drink for Christmas at the bar on the 47th floor. We initially had difficulty locating the bar, as the lifts only reached certain floors, but when we asked for directions, a staff member went above and beyond by personally accompanying us there. The views from the bar were absolutely stunning. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it's proximity to People’s Square Station, where most of the excursion meeting points are located. The most convenient exit to the hotel from the station is number 7. The hotel is close to Nanjing Road and is within walking distance to the Bund. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu New World and would love to return for another trip to Shanghai. Our overall experience in the Shanghai was very pleasant and positive!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Peter on the 35 floor. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The location was convenient, and I slept very well. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
