Higher floors for great views over the city. You don't need to go VERY high. (LondonR10)

The location on the doorstep of people's square is excellent as is the breakfast and service from the staff especially the very attentive Lidia.

"The best hotel in Shanghai"

My recent stay at the hotel was one of the best stay in China. Everything was perfect. The check in process was smooth, and special thanks for Piotr who recomended us tourist places to visit and restaurants nearby. The view from the room was quiet nice. One of the best things about this hotel is it's location. It is very convenient to see local atractions and also hotel has direct access to metro station so it is easy to travel by metro. The Wi-Fi speed is the only thing that hotel should improve. But overall i would recomend this hotel to my friends.

"5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Cathy Huang"

I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World from 17 to 22 November and had an outstanding experience at the Executive suite Business Class room. I would like to especially thank Cathy Huang for her excellent service. She was always attentive, warm, and professional, and consistently ensured that every detail was taken care of during my stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference and elevated my overall experience. Highly recommend!

Before my trip, I suspected the hotel was conveniently located, but I had no idea it would be so perfect. There are so many attractions within walking distance. There's a cozy park right across the street, along with museums, a promenade, and a theater. I recommend turning off the main Beijing Road and strolling along it, along the surrounding streets; they're very colorful and authentic.

"What a great stay"

Currently staying at Radisson Blue SH. Location can’t get better. In the heart of the city, metro right inform of the door and what a view from the room. (Attached) The staff (esp. Oliver and Martin at the reception are extraordinary) helps with everything they can. Help setting up the really needed apps to order food and everything else to call a gym to ask if they offer day-passes. I mean what else do you want. Breakfast is biiiig and frankly lots of things I don’t know and don’t dare to eat :D Rooms are tidy and cleaning is good. You will get comped water ever day. A great plus is that the water I. The shower really gets hot fast and stays hot. The hotel has a direct access to the meal next door and you can get to the subway without actually getting outside in case of rain.
