Great hotel. relatively okay rooms. good for its price. thanks to Kims for luggage delivery and putting extension cord under our bed. A real attitude of a hospitable person

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is elegant and cozy, and the staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Nikita, the bartender, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He made every evening at the bar enjoyable, and his cocktails were amazing! The only small downside was that some of the rooms could use a little renovation, as parts of the furniture and interior feel slightly outdated. However, this did not affect the overall comfort of my stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

Rebeka at reception was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Vladislavs, the breakfast waiter, was kind, efficient, and always made breakfast enjoyable. Kim, the reception manager, was professional, supportive, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent guest service.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. I had a pleasant five-night stay at Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel in Riga, Latvia. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by beautiful parks in a safe and peaceful environment. A special thank you to Erica from housekeeping for taking great care of Room 412, and to Tina-Ann at the front office for her friendly and helpful service. I would also like to appreciate the breakfast restaurant staff for their hard work and warm hospitality. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. My only suggestion for management is to improve the breakfast menu. During my six days, the breakfast items were the same every day and did not reflect the standard expected from the Radisson hotel chain, especially considering the high room rates. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent staff and a wonderful location. Thank you.
