The service was amazing, very good communication and acomodating. All service personel was kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, could not find any faults other than the room was a little cold and AC was loud but overall very good stay

This hotel has its flawes but to be able to get greeted with the best customer service I’ve had is a great ending to a hard days work! I’ve been here for nearly two months and Linda is always ready to serve you with a smile and listen to what you have to say! And to top it off she knows where to send u when you want something to do!

"A very good, positive experience"

We arranged a small training conference in this hotel and the quality of service was very good. The rooms are clean. Spacious. The food is delicious. The breakfast hours are long, which is great. The hotel location is perfect. It’s close to the city center and surrounded by two parks. The meeting room was arranged in the way we requested and the hotel staff constantly supported us throughout every step of the process. The catering during the breaks was always on time. The hotel staff is fluent in many languages, which helps with the communication. The gym is good and is very clean, very tidy. The cardio equipment is new. The view from the gym is pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their stay and their experience.

Nice rooms and breakfast. Linda in bar service was very friendly and attentive. The bar area was my favorite part of the hotel
