The location and ambience is very good. Very relaxing atmosphere with clean rooms and value for money. I really appreciated being in the Villas this last visit where it is very quite though initially uncomfortable. The service is excellent with staff who are ever willing to help.

I had the absolute best time staying at Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort during my visit to Zambia. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. The entire team was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. Our stay at the Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we made our booking through Hotels.com a couple of months before our trip until we returned home to South Africa, we received outstanding service. A very special thank you goes to Samuel Sakuhuka, the Guest Relations Manager, who assisted us every step of the way. From answering our questions before arrival to ensuring everything was perfect during our stay, Samuel was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. We were celebrating my husband's birthday as well as our wedding anniversary, and he truly went above and beyond to make both occasions unforgettable. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. The highlight was undoubtedly the spectacular view overlooking the pool area and the majestic Zambezi River. It was a pleasure waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning. The room was equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, and the mini-fridge was replenished daily with complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. The resort is perfectly located, offering easy access to Victoria Falls and nearby shopping facilities while still providing a peaceful and relaxing riverside retreat. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the setting along the banks of the Zambezi River creates a truly special atmosphere. There is something for everyone at the resort. We enjoyed making use of the gym, putt-putt course, and the stunning pool area, where we spent many relaxing hours enjoying the views and excellent service from the staff. Our three-year-old absolutely loved the Kids Club and looked forward to visiting every day, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Throughout the resort, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with a smile. What made our stay truly unforgettable were the thoughtful surprises arranged for our celebrations. The team organised a birthday cake and wine for my husband, which was such a lovely gesture. For our anniversary, they created the most beautiful and romantic setup, far beyond anything we expected. The attention to detail and effort that went into making our celebrations special left a lasting impression on us. The combination of luxury accommodation, breathtaking views, family-friendly facilities, outstanding food, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best resort experiences we have had. We are incredibly grateful to Samuel and the entire team at Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort for creating memories that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Livingstone and Victoria Falls, whether for a family holiday, romantic getaway, or special celebration. We cannot wait to return.
