Overall excellent experience. We had babies. So we required regular cleaning of our rooms. Babul from housekeeping team was very responsive and cleaned the rooms when required multiple times. If you are traveling with infants and toddlers you will get really good support.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience of the resort added to a very pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service we received. I would like to especially appreciate Fathimoon and Priya, who served as GSAs during our stay. Their approach was incredibly warm, humble, and down-to-earth. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable at all times. Their attentiveness, genuine care, and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience. It’s not often that you come across such sincere hospitality, and both Fathimoon and Priya truly embody what great customer service should look like. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this was a memorable experience for me and my family, and we look forward to visiting again.
