2025-12-18I have traveled almost entire Europe and atleast 2 times exploring westernized version on Indian cuisine on my each country exploration part. I always craved for authentic Indian food & in Malta I found my food heaven at Essence of India restaurant.
If you can tolerate spicy then I would highly recommend you to try their most authentic signature dish "Chicken / Veg Kolhapuri".
Restaurant ambiance is 10/10

Additional points goes to Head Chef Ranjeet Patil for bringing cultural flavors to Malta 👍
Overall our experience was delightful and i must tell to Radisson Blue that they should seriously consider implementing this chain in other Radisson locations too because this is a great USP they might unable to see as potential growth strategy. I would again visit same resort just for Essence of India and mesmerizing cliff-sea views.
