Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to ensuring every guest feels comfortable and valued were evident throughout my visit. They handled every interaction with grace, efficiency, and a positive attitude that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was their sincere dedication to customer service. They went above and beyond to answer questions, accommodate requests, and create an atmosphere that was both relaxing and inviting. Their professionalism reflects the highest standards of hospitality and greatly enhanced my overall spa experience. Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff

Super nice hotel with great beach, nice Staff. In particular Emir from the Citrus Lobby Bar is an asset if u need late night food and drink after arrival

We had such a lovely experience overall. Everything about our stay was just right. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We really loved the location as well – everything was close by, which made it so easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hammam experience with Lia and Gusti was definitely a highlight. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The kese (scrub) was amazing – very thorough but still gentle, and my skin felt incredibly soft afterwards. You can tell they really care about what they do. I went with my mum, dad and sister, and we all genuinely enjoyed every moment. It was relaxing, not rushed, and felt like a proper, authentic experience. We absolutely loved everything and would happily recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely come back again. Have used the spa many times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are welcoming and the massages wonderful. Thoroughly relaxing. My only criticism is that when using the facilities I. E. Sauna etc there is nowhere to hang your dressing gown e t c
