I stayed in this historic hotel in November 6-8 Great location cozy room , balcony with beautiful views friendly staff who made my stay awesome . Special thanks for Lachcen Saadaoui the hotel manger gave me warm welcome and Nalindana Wanniarachchi the chef assisted me in the restaurant and gave me full attention throughout my dining. Love this great hotel definitely stay again and recommend all my friends who travel to Dubai.

We had a pleasant family stay at this nice resort. Almost everything was excellent. The only downsides are that food prices within the resort are high, and there are no other restaurants or shops in the immediate area. However, we still enjoyed our time, especially at the Cobra water park where the real fun begins!

"Great Service and Fun Times by the Pool"

We had a wonderful day at the pool! The kids enjoyed the entire day and didn’t want to leave. The reception staff, especially Shakila, welcomed us with a warm smile and helped us with everything we needed to use the facilities. The restaurant near the pool also made a delicious smoothie — you must try it! Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

I recently visited the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Al Ain, with my friends for some drinks & food, and our experience at the Club House Bar was truly memorable. The ambience was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. The service we received was exceptional. The staff, especially Mukesh, Mohammad, Rubel, and Sabin, were incredibly attentive and fast in serving our drinks. They made sure our requests were fulfilled promptly, and their friendly demeanour added to the overall enjoyment of our evening. The cocktails were expertly prepared and delivered just as we wanted them. We highly recommend the Club House Bar for anyone looking for great drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. Thanks to Mukesh, Mohammad, Rubel, and Sabin for making our night so special!

We had an amazing birthday celebration staycation at Radisson Blu Al Ain! 🎉 A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Ibrahim from Reception made our check-in smooth and pleasant. At Flavours Restaurant, the Host, Shift Incharge, and our servers Alam and Ajith were so courteous and attentive. My son was thrilled by the surprise birthday cake arranged by the restaurant team — such a thoughtful touch! Hats off to the Lifeguards team for doing a fantastic job. Special thanks to Ramesh for his professionalism, friendliness, and care in ensuring everyone’s safety. The water slides were the cherry on the cake — my son especially loved the Cobra waterslide! Overall, it was a wonderful experience filled with warmth, great service, and fun. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🌟
