CHILD POLICY
We provide a complimentary baby cot based upon availability for infants up to the age of 2 years. Children younger than 12 years stay free of charge provided that they share a room with parents in either a Premium Ocean View Room or a Junior Ocean View Suite, as these are equipped with a sofa that can be transferred into sleeping area. Suitable for only one child.

NON - SMOKING POLICY
South Africa's smoking laws have a zero-tolerance policy on smoking in public spaces. We take our guests and their well-being seriously and have therefore committed to providing guests with a smoke-free environment throughout our hotel, from 1 August 2018.
Although smoking is not permitted within the hotel building, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in our designated areas: Porte cochère and on our Pool deck outside of Tabú Grill, Bar and Lounge.
Kindly note that a deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who do not comply. This will cover the cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
