From the moment we arrived, they were professional, patient, and incredibly supportive — especially during what turned into a very hectic check-in and billing situation. I had to cover all of my colleagues’ rooms since I was the only one with a corporate card, which created a complicated and time-consuming process. What could have easily become stressful and frustrating was handled with absolute grace and efficiency by the front desk team. They stayed calm, organized, and accommodating, and worked hard to get everything sorted correctly while making sure all of our needs were met. A special thank you to Aarti, Vanshika, Harsh, and Pritam — each of them went above and beyond to help us, coordinate the rooms, manage the billing complexities, and ensure the entire group was taken care of. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed. They turned a potentially overwhelming situation into a smooth and positive experience.
