"Modern hotel in central Mannheim"

The Radisson Blu in Mannheim is a convenient base for Mannheim. It's located in the city centre and about a 10-15 minute flat walk from the main train station (Hbf). The hotel is newly constructed. It's very modern with lots of wood surfaces - it feels like you're staying in an IKEA catalogue. Whilst it looks good now, it will probably date pretty poorly as the fixtures and surfaces are not all the best quality. Until then, it is a comfortable place to stay - the room was a reasonable size and had everything you'd expect of a 4.5 star hotel. I don't have anything really bad to say about the hotel but there was nothing I particularly loved about it either. It's perfectly adequate if a bit bland. The staff were all consistently lovely and delivered fantastic service.

As a Lifetime Titanium with Marriott I was a bit apprehensive making this booking as recommended for business meeting. I was more than pleasantly surprised in every possible way. From check in to check out, the stay was exceptional. Check in staff treated me like I was a regular and the room was well appointed with everything I could need, clean and in perfect order. Staff throughout the hotel were top notch and the food matched the overall quality. Staying here has changed my perception of Radisson Hotels and I will certainly return to this exact location whenever I need to be in Mannheim. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

"A relaxing and comfortable stay in a smart, clean, and quiet hotel."

A throughly relaxing and comfortable stay in a smart, clean and quiet hotel. We were well looked after by friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Breakfasts on the 6th floor, with a great choice of food and good coffee really set us up for the day. Then in the evening, with lovely views over the city and delicious cocktails, was the excellent Roof Bar, where we had two very good evening meals.
