The newly refurbished Manchester Suite is our largest space, accommodating up to 400 for a conference and 240 for a dinner. Windows along two sides of the room fill the room with natural light while ambient lighting sets the mood for grand evening occasions such as charity dinners and social events. The stage and audiovisual equipment lend themselves to putting on a show stopping event.
Executive meeting rooms
Perfectly suited for high-level meetings for up to 12 guests, our two Executive meeting rooms, the New York Suite and the Stockholm Suite, offer incredible views of the airport runway and the ultimate in service, comfort, and style. Located on the 9th floor, delegates also have easy access to our premium Executive lounge, which serves a light breakfast, buffet lunch, and all-day unlimited tea, coffee, and snacks. Each room is decorated to a high standard with premium furniture and amenities including a boardroom table, executive chairs, lounge area, and Nespresso coffeemaker.
Our other function suites Brussels, Vienna, Beijing, Milano & Dublin are perfect for small events such as family celebrations, private dining and medium-sized training/presentations. These suites are located across both levels of our events floors and are perfect for smaller events such as family celebrations, private dining and medium-size training/presentations.
