Excellent food and service. Sued was the best

Having been to this hotel many times we got a very warm welcome. The staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is the main reason for staying here but having a good bar and restaurant makes it even more pleasurable. The menu in the collage restaurant is a little limited but the quality is good. The staff were excellent.

I can't say enough about the convenience of this hotel. Every aspect went smoothly. Cost was exceptionally reasonable. Parking available. Happy to be able to walk right into terminal. We had a runway view and the room was absolutely silent.

The hotel is very conviently located given the direct terminal and train station access via internal walkways, and is a refurbished property with a good standard of fittings and crucial sound proofing to all windows. The level of room amenities (in the premium room category) was also good. The AC whilst slow did work to both heat and cool as needed, and while the mattress was on the firm side, the overall sleep quality was good and undisturbed - which can't be said of many airport hotels! Breakfast was well presented and staff were helpful at both check-in and check-out. Overall a very solid quality performance.
