Very good location with the sky link connecting the hotel to the station and airport terminals. Room was upgraded on arrival which was a nice touch. Bar was fine, a good atmosphere and comfortable. Dinner in the Collage Restaurant was poor. Expensive, under seasoned and one dimensional food. Very underwhelmed. Wouldn’t eat here if I were to stay again. Breakfast was excellent - the lady hosting was very friendly and helpful. Make sure to come down before 10:30 though as the buffet gets taken away at 10:29 sharp! Jodie at checkout was a pleasure to deal with - all in all a great stay!

Easy to find on way to terminal 2 from metro link and great to get to an early morning check in to flight. TV would not allow connection even though it was on the menu. Breakfast plates cold. Room was their superb class so it was possibly larger and might have had a view of the airfield but it was dark for my timing. Bar prices steep but comparable to other international destinations

5 out of 5 We stayed here because we had an early flight.Cannot recommend more highly.First of all the lady at Check in was so smiley and efficient.Then the standard and cleanliness completely exceeded expectations.The room was brilliant,huge bed and spotless.The meal in the restaurant was very fresh.I would definately stay here again and feel it is excellent value and super convenient.

I would love to say thanks to Gotham for his outstanding work at the exutive airport lounge as he goes over and beyond his work he deserves a promotion. Another thing I like it the attitude from staff to you.
