What a lovely place! Bit of a long wait to check in, due to all check-in points not being manned. Bar area looks lovely and welcoming. All very stylish. The room was lovely. Felt like it had been refurbished recently. Absolutely spotlessly clean and oh-so spacious!!!! It was also very quiet. What a rare treat nowadays. We also had bathrobes, which is a nice little extra, too. My only gripe was that you couldn't move a muscle in the bed in which I slept because the squeaks were phenomenal. Really needs a new bed (room 205). It was close to the arena, which was our reason for booking this hotel.

i came in the morning to get a few hours of work done & Jar was so so kind. He kindly greeted me and was polite and checking in throughout! Really refreshing especially on a Monday morning - thank you & an asset to the team! The receptionist was lovely too.

Well organised hotel in great location. Can see ongoing works to improve the hotel. Did seem quite empty of other guests during my visit which was great. So far my favourite hotel in Leeds.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a quirky shape with everything I needed. The shower struggled to maintain temperature and the bathroom was a little tired but didn't detract from the rating. The bed was firm but not solid and I slept really well. I had an 'inside' room with windows out into a vestibule but it wasn't noisy and there was still natural light. I would stay again and I recommend it.

I had a really great experience when visiting Leeds with my son. We had a great stay and everyone was very welcoming. A special mention to a member of staff called Manny in the bar area, he was very friendly and the cocktails were fantastic
