The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay.
Perfect Location, easy parking, clean and friendly staff . Great breakfast choice available. Slight Downside only 1 lift
We stayed at the Radison blue Leeds in early December as a family of four. We were super impressed by the hotel room the old round facilities and a special shout out to the breakfast which was absolutely stunning. Huge thank you to Emma the superstar waitress and chef Joe for delivering exceptional quality for breakfast. We’re definitely return and look forward to it.
We stayed here because we were going to a gig at the 02 academy. The check in was 3pm but we previous reviews saying how slow check in was we asked to leave our bags with reception which wasn’t a problem we went out to explore the centre for an hour or two. We checked in about 4pm and it only took us a few minutes. We were given room 407 which was lovely and very big. The bed was massive and comfortable. The shower was great too. This hotel is lovely don’t let the bad check in reviews put you off check in a bit later
Excellent service from reception. Room was very good. Great nights sleep. Clean. Breakfast was disappointing - cheap bread for toast. Scrambled eggs dry. Bacon hard. Orange juice dispenser very slow. Poor choice of cereals. Not good for Radisson blu standards. No one manning the bar but the person who turned up was lovely. Excellent location.
