Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Corniche

We had a good light lunch at their restaurant called The Larder which is located in the new Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Jeddah. This is the hotels main dining restaurant and is located on the main floor. I really enjoyed the clean décor and it was quite unusual yet modern and unique. The service was ok but a bit slow in both taking our initial order and the food delivery was a bit too long. The Ali Carte menu was very simple and contained four soups, a limited salad selection and a nice selection of simple sandwiches and a few hot entrées. I believe the hotel offers a very nice buffet later in the day. My wife and I started with a very nice Italian Brochette and a great ‘Mixed salad’. Then we both had soup and my Roasted Tomato Soup and she had an OK Chicken Vegetable Soup. The bread basket had a nice selection and assortment of fresh breads. All-in-all I truly suggest that if you want a nice light meal you should try The Larder at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Jeddah. You will not be disappointed!
