Choose an upper floor and if you can ask for a sea view.(Sue149)
I had difficulty getting a tram pass for each member of my family of six. I found a S Market about 5 minutes from the hotel selling tickets.(John S)
The check in time is around 3 pm so if you're coming early, please find something to do around the city.
If you're carrying ready-to-eat, ask for a cutlery set in advance.(Happiness25170414438)

Only stayed overnight in the level 9 suites, was a comfortable well resourced room. The ground floor restaurant is basic but good, the breakfast is definitely worth getting. A great Buffett! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Close to the ferry terminal and a tram stop right out the front of the hotel. Walking distance to several restaurants.

We travelled here from Oxford, UK, a couple of weeks ago for six nights. Our first trip to Finland. It was a lovely, tidy hotel with kind and friendly staff. The location, room and harbour view were excellent. Even the sun was out. There is a nearby tram stop to get to the ferry terminal. Tallinn is definitely worth a day trip. Special recognition to two of the breakfast-hall staff (Christopher and Finna) but everyone at the hotel did their best to make us feel welcomed.
