Because the room is easy to enter, you can also easily arrange it for various types of receptions. The facility has standard audiovisual equipment.
The most light-filled and practical of the small facilities at the Royal, Åland is optimal for meetings of about 20 people and is best suited for a U-shape table setup. For meetings in theater format, the maximum number of people is 40. For dinner meetings, we recommend a diplomat table seating 12. This room also works well as a small reception space and can be combined with the Finland room. The facility has standard audiovisual equipment.
One of the Royal's large upstairs rooms, Finland features big windows that provide energizing natural light. The room is optimal for dinner meetings of 40–60 people and for meetings of 30–55 people in a classroom format. In theater format, the maximum capacity is 120 people, or 80 for dinner meetings with round tables. With a U-shape table, 36 people fit nicely in the room, and a diplomat table comfortably seats 40. The facility has standard audiovisual equipment. Finland can be combined with the Åland room.
Finland and Åland
Combine the Finland and Åland rooms for a beautiful light-filled space perfect for a large number of dinner attendees. For an extra fee, we will provide parquet flooring and a stage in the room, which means that guests can hold various parties here, including weddings, birthdays, Christmas parties, confirmation parties, and small-scale fairs. The room also has the capacity for round tables accommodating 80 people or long tables for 100 people. With long tables, the maximum capacity of the room is 150. For meetings, the maximum capacity in classroom format is 90 people. The facility has standard audiovisual equipment.
Tallinn is the only meeting room not originally built for that purpose. The facility was previously the home of the hotel sales service and still has the original skylights, which provide natural light along one side. The facility is optimal for meetings of 25–45 people. The Brain Box breakout room is a room that you can modify to tailor your meeting experience exactly the way you want. Primarily intended as an energetic teamwork room, the Brain Box Room is the most visible room at Radisson Blu. The room is primarily hired for shorter meetings or as a teamwork space, but it can also be converted into a traditional meeting room.
