Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest - TripAdvisor traveler rating

We had the best time here in the Radisson Blu Beke Hotel Budapest. Location perfect for getting about sightseeing this beautiful city. When we arrived to the hotel at 1.00 the receptionist was brilliant and gave us a room which was ready so we didn't have to wait. After a walk we came back to the room to find a bottle of champagne and lovely dessert which was very thoughtful. What really made our stay was we decided to have our anniversary dinner in the Zsolnay Café, we booked in advance and Violetta looked after us extremely well. The food, ambiance and service was second to none. We have stayed in other group hotels but the Radisson was a step up from the others in regards to customer service and customer care and we will only be booking the Radisson group going forward.

Excellent staff very friendly team

Perfect location just 5 mins walk from main train station. Staff were really friendly and we were able to get into our room early with no extra charge, which we appreciated. Cafe in reception area has lovely selection of cakes on offer. Room was big, very clean and had everything you needed including bath robes and slippers. There were free cookies and refreshments always available near the lifts which was a nice touch.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very clean, good service, nice breakfast, very comfortable room, and good location. Great value for money.

Stayed here 12/01 - 13/01 2026 This hotel is really close to everything. Bus/train station is 5 minutes from the hotel. Larger shopping center is in the same place. The hotel is equally suitable for business travelers who stay 1 - 2 nights as for those who want a city weekend or week. The customer is the center of the staff on site. Pros: The hotel's location. Customer focus. Fast easy check-in/check-out. Refrigerator in the room. Spacious room in a modern style with a corner with 2 armchairs and table. Bed firmness 6 (Sinks right through 0 - lies on top of the mattress 10). Caffe and restaurant in the hotel. The overall impression of the breakfast is: Selection 7 (1-spartan - 10 is overwhelming selection). Quality 7 (1- terrible - 10 highest possible quality). Value for money 8 (1- not worth - 10 absolutely worth the money). Cons: Nothing I can think of. Value for money on the entire stay 8 (Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10).
