Definitely not a hotel restaurant

Dinner with friends. Location: downtown Bucharest at Radisson Blu. Chic decoration, nice music, great service, super vibe. The best appetizers in a while. Shrimps, tartar with millefeuille fries, bread. Simple but Genius. Then tuna - wow - or lasagna, pasta, all exquisite. A fresh and comprehensive wine list made the day together with some mouth watering pankakes. It has been definitely a great experience.
