The location was perfect for seeing Bergen and walking to our cruise ship after a couple of days exploring on our own. The room was larger than expected, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone and a lot of it. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We spent 1 night here prior to our Hurtigruten cruise. Kato (?) welcomed us. Very nice, helpful and our room was ready early so we were able to get in upon our early arrival. Every staff member was great. Our beds were comfortable and room was quiet. We will stay here upon our return from our cruise.
