From the second we stepped through the door, we were impressed with atmosphere of the hotel. Welcoming staff, decor was super! Loved the little details: water, apples, sweets in reception and brownies in our room!! Staff amazing, breakfast amazing! We had a fab time!

During our stay, we had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the very beginning, Mariana at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and truly helped make our stay unforgettable. Alex also stood out by showing us the historical parts of the hotel. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Overall, the staff was outstanding. In addition the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and everything was perfect from the check in to the check out. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Mariana at the reception checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed and her colleague Alex gave us a very interesting tour of the hotel in the evening sharing it’s interesting history with us. Overall we highly recommend staying here as it was a great experience where the staff really value your experience and comfort.

Olimpiu the bartender was fabulous. The drink were amazing. We went to the hotel for drinks. It was the best part of the night.

I went with my friends in Brasov and had a great time. The Radisson Blu Hotel was extremely clean and pleasant, I loved my experience here. The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent.
