Don’t expect staff to smile or care. Romania was liberated from Communism in 1989 but staff still act stoic and rarely smile or are helpful (leon C)

Perfect hotel, as usual. I also appreciated the complete and generous breakfast. The hotel’s restaurant, Artis, offers excellent gastronomic dishes. The service is professional and delivered with a smile — especially from Oksana, who is always attentive and helpful.

"Perfect hotel in the city center."

Amazing 5* hotel with modern and big rooms. Very clean and quiet. Big tvs and fantastic rain shower. Breakfast basic, food good portions and tasty. Staff all amazing!!!!

The hotel staff was exceptional, my room was very clean and well prepared. I also appreciated the valet parking. Overall great stay, and would stay again.
