





This hotel is located very near to the port and Otto korner clinic and everything is walkable from here . Room size is ok, but they don’t give tooth brush etc in bathroom. Cleaning of rooms is done on third day and only if asked for then you get room cleaned in between. Bfast is good but exactly same menu everyday , staff is very helpful . But central customer service is lagged, you mail they won’t reply to your request, you call no one picks the call. Even you cannot call hotel directly , no where there is number displayed on site and your call keeps going in loop of automated response . Rooms are clean . Easily accessible .
Never tried the Prize brand before but was not impressed. The hotel appears to have been cool when new but now slightly outdated. Bathroom floor needs a deep clean or to be redone. Barely any amenities and breakfast had the bare minimum. Did not feel like a Radisson brand.
It was alright, nothing extraordinary. Tacky colors, the whole hotel felt like a teletubby set. I think they had gone too far in the cost cutting by eliminating the trash can, no glasses in the room and so and so. At least it was clean. What was good: - Price What was average: - Cleanliness What was bad: -Tasteless style -Missing even the most basic things -Not mentioning or recognizing Radisson Rewards status
The rooms are clean and well tended to. The terrasse was not however and the bench had not been cleaned in ages. The Frontdesk personnel was adequate but nothing more. The complementary coffee was not free in the end. This is not what I expected from a radisson group hotel.
The hotel was very new and clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but it seemed to take a long time to check in. There was no restaurant for dinner but many restaurants across the street. Breakfast was good with a variety of items and 2 coffee makers. Room was small but beds were good and we only stayed one night. I would stay again
