Once reserved for emperors, Kobe beef is renowned for its exceptional marbling, buttery tenderness, and slightly nutty flavor. It comes from Tajima cattle, raised under the highest standards – including daily massages, classical music, and stress-free care on natural pastures.
Protected like champagne, only cattle born, raised, and processed in the Kobe region of Japan may carry the name. Strict quality controls ensure that only the best of the best – A4 and A5 grade – reach your plate.

Our Chef will whisk you away on a tasty journey through the history of steaks. Starting with the German classics through the American and Australian highlights, and then to the most tender meat in the world from Japan, you can experience steak culture with all of your senses!

The program for an unforgettable evening
Champagne reception: We welcome you with a glass of sparkling champagne to get you in the mood for an evening full of culinary discoveries.
Presentation of the meat in its raw state: Our Chef will personally show you the secrets of the perfect steak. He will present different types of meat and explain their characteristics. In a small circle (20 people maximum), you'll have the chance to ask all your questions about steak preparation.
Steak tasting: The highlight of the evening is waiting for you. Try six different kinds of steak. Each guest receives approximately 50-80 grams of the highest quality meat per variety. During this tasting, you'll get insights into the steak culture you won't want to miss.
A selection of light side dishes: Finely tuned side dishes, such as fresh salads and aromatic vegetable variations, complement the meat compositions and ensure a harmonious taste experience.
