2025-09-03Florentine Trattoria Restaurant, Park Plaza Waterloo exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Fabin, which set a great tone for the evening. Throughout the evening, Abdul took care of us and made sure everything went smoothly.
A special thanks goes to Amine, the manager, who provided fantastic service and made us feel truly valued.
And of course, our gratitude to the chefs in the kitchen, the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and made the evening more memorable.
Highly recommend Florentina Trattoria Restaurant for anyone looking for excellent service and amazing food.
