I stayed for one night last Thursday (April 23) as I needed to be in central London early the next day but because of the tube strike I couldn’t travel from home. I found the hotel very comfortable and enjoyed my room. It had a view of the Shard and the facilities were nice. I even made use of the gym which was pretty big for a hotel. Shraddha was friendly at reception upon check-in. I would use the hotel again for sure!

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel—it truly ticked all the boxes for a perfect family getaway. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It’s very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids smooth and enjoyable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the great location—everything we needed was conveniently nearby. We also really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, which made the trip even more special for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, but a special thank you to Shelani from room service, who went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d happily stay here again!

This hotel in very good and has an excellent locaton! Easy to reach all the places, by bus, by tube or train!

A fantastic hotel! A great location! Tube station opposite, can walk to the London eye in 10 mins, friendly staff. Kids area for young children with cute little sweets, muffins and drinks all inclusive. Pool was great. Sauna relaxing. Really great hotel will be back!
