We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade on arrival. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The pillows were perfect — a pleasant surprise, as hotel pillows are often an issue for me. The location is excellent, less than an 8-minute walk from Westminster Bridge, with plenty of great places nearby for business meetings, casual catch-ups, or meeting friends at any time of the day. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The team was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional, and the swimming pool and sauna were a fantastic bonus after long days out. Overall, an outstanding experience. We felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern hotel. Staff always on hand to help with anything. Special thanks to Sharmarke for returning a lost piece of jewellery by mail after our departure. Would recommend for a family or business stay

The hotel was gorgeous, no complaints at all. Location is also fantastic! We were met by a lovely man on reception who was great to chat with. We also had to post a Christmas gift back from the hotel to our home, Tony in Concierge went above and beyond for us. He was nothing but a joy to deal with and was very personable when chatting with. Would definitely love to come back 🩷

Stay here, or stay idiot. Exceptional side on rooms and hotel and lobby/facilities. Exceptional central and close to everything; Big Ben, London Eye, Trafalger Square, West End. You can View The Shard from hotel. Hotel close to very good museum IWM
