Friendly and helpful personnel. Room was nice and clean. Pool and Sauna were fun and relaxing. Location is near to many sights of London.

The hotel is nice and clean , we weee family of gourd so one room was enough for us , the room was good size and have small fridge , small tea, coffee station , hairdryer and iron was on the room , the staff is very helpful , breakfast was good with plenty of options . the location is great . We enjoyed our stay as a family , we recommend it . But upgrade your room to upper floors , it is worth it

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Its central location, just a short walk from Lambeth North station, was ideal for exploring the city. The pool and spa facilities were clean and beautifully cared for, offering a relaxing retreat after a day out. The hotel is very family-friendly, with staff who go out of their way to accommodate children. The festive Christmas decorations added a charming and cozy touch to the overall experience. A truly personal and warm stay — highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is exceptionally good. Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey are very close, but Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are also within walking distance. The metro station is a few steps away from the hotel. There are many restaurants, cafes, gift shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as Tesco Expressz and other smaller shops. The rooms are beautiful and practical. The shower and toilet door solution is a bit strange, but it didn't cause any problems. The design is wonderful. The room was cleaned daily even without a request, the beds were made, we received new towels every day It should be emphasized that, compared to other hotels, we did not receive small cleaning products, but in the shower there is a brand-name shower gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner attached to the wall, and next to the sinks, soap and body lotion of the same brand can be found in large packages. It smelled divine. Unfortunately, our neighbors were not chosen by us, they behaved horribly, they did not consider our need for rest at all. Apart from that, the hotel has a calm atmosphere, the communal areas were beautifully decorated for Christmas, we could enjoy the warmth of the modern fireplace and the exquisitely selected Christmas music in comfortable armchairs and sofas. We did not use the option of breakfast, it is surprisingly expensive compared to the accommodation fee.
