"Good location, fab hotel"

We stayed at this hotel after seeing a concert at the O2. Not the cheapest room however the hotel was ideally situated, about 10 minutes from Waterloo Station. Easy to find. The Bedroom was really spacious, with everything we needed including a kettle, coffee and tea. The kettle did not work however the staff on reception provided me with a cup of coffee in the morning and it was no trouble. The bathroom was spacious too with shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. The bedroom was perfectly clean. We did not use the amenities, and did not have breakfast on site however there is a popular coffee chain 2 minutes from the hotel. Quite a few bars also nearby.

The location of this hotel is second to none. You have Southbank on your doorstep, amazing food places nearby and the famous Leake ST just round the corner for arts and culture. We are always looked after every time we stay and we will be heading back for more soon

"Family trip to London"

This hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful going out their way to find us a room that was ready when we arrived early. The reception staff member gave extra helpful tips and information about travel apps and places to go which was really welcome. The room was fantastic lovely big window for views out over london. Location is brilliant for all the sights. We will return

"Elegant well connected hotel in Southwark"

Good hotel for leisure or for travel. I had to work a few hours during my stay and the desk was appropriately sized with a very comfortable wheeled chair. Floor to ceiling windows with city views on one side. Public transportation connections to the West End are better than other places I've stayed in Southwark. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms have mini fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. I didn't have time to check out the pool and spa services.

I had an excellent stay at the Park Plaza Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay — I would highly recommend this hotel!
