Great location, everything is very close. Hotel facilities are amazing. Friendly staff, specially Alejandro from concierge, his attitude and professionalism made our stay unforgettable.

Just back from 2 nights in the Park Plaza Waterloo. Delighted with our choice of hotel, for sightseeing and a theatre show. We booked an Executive twin room which was spacious and comfortable, and had a good view over the city, including the Shard. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the AC worked fairly well. And the sound-proofing on the rooms was very good. The only thing that let the room down slightly was that in the shower, the hot water took ages to come through and was only luke warm rather than hot. Breakfast was decent with the usual range of cooked items, cereal, fruit and pastries. We did notice that after about 8.15 a large queue for breakfast developed so it was good to get down slightly earlier, although there were plenty of tables so everyone did get seated. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Lambeth North tube station, which makes it really easy to get out and about. We went to the Playhouse Theatre to see Cabaret one night and it really was the simplest journey to and from the theatre. We noticed that there are two other Park Plaza hotels in close proximity (County Halls and Westminster Bridge), and although initially we thought that they were slightly closer to the main attractions when we were walking, we soon realised that they are both beside very busy and potentially noisy roads, whereas the Park Plaza Waterloo was set back slightly from the road which I think would have made it quieter. Staff were helpful, no particular delays with check-in despite other reviews we had read. And a luggage storage facility which was helpful on departure day when we still had some sightseeing to do. All in all, if I go back to London I’ll stay here again.

Excellent stay at Park Plaza Waterloo! The room was efficient, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel was spotless throughout, including the pool area, which was always clean and tidy. The restaurant staff and night staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and well-prepared. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. Everyone was super attentive and ensured that we felt welcome and well looked after at all times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again
