This hotel is great! Lovely clean room, comfy bed, amazing pool facilities. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and kind. Especially Omar who looked after us throughout breakfast. His attention to detail is of a very high standard and he made us feel like VIPs! Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Park Plaza Cardiff. Morgan went above and beyond—he sorted our room, helped with laundry, arranged turndown for the sofa bed, and made sure we had extra pillows. Great location too, easy walking distance to the castle and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Perfect night stay and the park plaza with my family , room was really quiet and clean. Staff were very welcoming and very approachable. Food was delicious, provided a gluten free dinner and breakfast, with designated gluten free section which was safe from cross contamination. Supervisor Omar was brilliant at making us feel welcome at breakfast and was very accommodating, making the extra effort . He showed us what from the buffet was gluten free, double checking with the chef too to make sure he had given the right information. Highly recommend staying here :)
