Amazing food and service, we were served by Omar and Gift We had a lovely spa treatment also from the ladies which was so peaceful.

I went with my two friends as a birthday present and did the Unwind and Dine package and would definitely recommend! We had access to the spa facilities like the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and lounge room. We were provided with a robe, slippers and a towel each by lovely staff. The space is very big, quiet and is very clean which definitely made the experience even better. The lounge room offered cold juices in the fridge and a range of teas with hot water - as well as magazines! Overall the spa experience was amazing and amazing value for money. After this we had a two course meal at the Laguna restaurant which was delicious. The atmosphere was lush and the server staff were very accommodating - special mention to Omar who was chatty and brought more laughter to the table and offered to take lots of pictures of us with the food! The food was excellent and very yummy would recommend the cherry mess for dessert! On the whole I would highly recommend this experience in Cardiff with incredible facilities and restaurant.

Had a fabulous time meeting up with friends. Great bar with plenty of room for all of us and the rooms were modern, comfortable and spacious.

We had an excellent one night stay. The hotel was pretty quiet as we stayed so close to Christmas (23rd). Staff were all very polite and efficient. The pool area was lovely and the bedroom spacious and very comfortable. We had drinks in the bar in the evening which was very quiet and the gentleman behind the bar was fantastic. Really friendly and made us feel very welcome even though we were his only customers! We’ll be back.

Booked a stay here over night for my boyfriend’s birthday. Was complimentary upgraded by woman on desk, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, everyone friendly & helpful. The restaurant within the hotel served amazing food. The chef overheard from a member of staff it was a birthday & brought out complimentary dessert which we thought was a really kind gesture/added touch. All staff including housekeeping were kind & smiling. We’d defiantly return again. Thank you for a lovely stay & making an already special night that little bit more special.
