"Couples night away .."

We stayed overnight on Sunday 23 Nov, we had a lovely very modern Superior Tree lined room on the 3rd floor, the room was lovely and warm with a huge comfy bed, we slept very well! It also had a fridge. The hotel is in a fab location, near everything. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were fab, very relaxing with several loungers to chill out, we used this Sunday evening which wasn't too busy. Breakfast was also great , a bit busy but there was a good choice. The hotel had a very cosy feel to it, was spotless clean and we would definately return

"Lovely hotel"

This was the first time we had stayed here. We had two rooms. One room allocated was freezing and the heating wasn't working. Staff were explenory and moved us to a junior suite. The hotel was really busy as it was a rugby weekend but all staff were friendly. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and this was lovely (we had chicken). Staff worked really hard and we are grateful for their attention and service. We will happily stay again. Thank you. Dr Sylvia Davies (and family)

"A memorable experience!"

I had such a wonderful spa day at Laguna Spa! The package included use of the spa facilities, a 50 minute massage, and afternoon tea - every part of it was perfect. It was my first ever spa treatment, and the masseuse was incredible – so informative, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I didn’t catch her name, but I’m so grateful to her for such a lovely experience. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious with so many different treats to enjoy. A big thank you to Manuel, who was so attentive and truly made the experience feel top-class. I was also surprised with a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate with my bridesmaids and mum ahead of my upcoming wedding, which made it even more special. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable day. I would highly recommend Laguna Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience!

"A welcoming and lovely stay"

Lovely experience! I stayed here with my mum very last minute due a horrible Airbnb experience! The staff and front desk were great! The room was ready immediately and was lovely clean and quiet. It was nice that everything was within walking distance to central and the stadium. The next day we received an upgrade which was so nice! I can’t fault anything overall a very nice stay and I will be booking again when I come back to Cardiff. Thank you plaza :)

"Fantastic on The Terrace at Laguna"

We had a Company function at Laguna Parc Plaza Cardiff on the 8th August 2025. My Event Co-Ordinator was Sasha and I could not have wished for anyone better. Sasha made everything so easy for me and when we turned up on the night everything for the event had been handed over to the functions team seamlessly. We were looked after by Dave and Laura. Nothing was to much trouble for them and I would happily have them look after us again. The venue itself was immaculately clean, we had hired The Terrace in the Laguna bar, again, it was spotless, the bar staff were fantastic, everyone of them smiled when taking orders and were so polite. We had opted for a BBQ - great choice. The food was stunning and everyone who attended has commented on how good it was. We will definitely use Laguna Parc Plaza again and I would highly recommend The Terrace for functions of 20 - 40 people. Congratulations to every single person involved in looking after us, you were amazing.
