My friend Alison and I booked afternoon tea for 14 ladies from our “lunch club” today, it was a bit complicated as there were ladies teas, gents teas, GF and vegetarian teas. Our waiter Omar, was brilliant, so friendly, efficient and helpful, .he made us feel very welcome and made us laugh a lot. Nothing was too much trouble. I had the gents tea, which was delicious as was all the rest. I hope you are aware of what an asset he is to the Park Plaza. Thanks Omar, regards Ros and Alison.

I took my mum for a spa day with afternoon tea in the laguna restaurant. It was a Tuesday lunch time and our server Omar made it so special. It was my mum’s birthday and he went to such an effort. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family.
