  • When we arrived, we had a few queries and questions that we wanted addressing. We spoke to the front desk, who were amazing (all members of the front desk had exemplary customer service) who then directed us to speak to the general manager, Toma. There are no words to describe how truly amazing Toma was. She spent time listening to our feedback and our questions and dealt with everything immediately. Our stay was incredible and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

  • Radisson hotels never dissapoint. Great staf and lovely cozy room. Everything like shops and restaurants were very close to the hotel. Very nice breakfast. Underground garage. Good choice to stay near city center.

  • Excellent Hotel, location and staff! Breakfast menu could be little more optional! But over all good experience! Close to old town, and all other major attractions . Not far from the airport also! Spa was great with heated jaccuzi of 36celcius!

  • Junior suite has bath and shower separately; big room, quiet, nice small spa (saunas bit so and so). Many breakfast options (fruits could be more). Good location, parking with reservation from app only 12 EUR.

  • The Pool/Spa experience was out of this world. Especially after a long day of work and trying to manage your Jet-lag. Food at the restaurant (breakfast and Diner) is excellent. Location and parking facility a bit plus, you are at a walking distance of historical city center, which is rediscover everything I come to Estonia. This was the first time I was using this hotel and now this hotel is my go to place everything I will come back to Estonia.
