Great stay in Tallinn. As a VIP member, our standard room was upgraded to a family suite, which was very nice and even with a view to old castle. Breakfast was good, but what really stood out was the gym area with several rooms and dozens of training devices and other possibilites. Pool and spa area were subperb as well, hence a highly recommended place to stay for a very good price.

I stayed at the hotel on 3 August 2026 (Standard Room), and this was already my fifth or sixth visit. I have nothing but praise for the hotel, the spa, and the breakfast. When making my reservation, I requested a quiet room, and I was delighted to receive an exceptionally peaceful one. I was particularly impressed by the naturally courteous young gentleman at the hotel reception. I would also like to commend the lady at the spa reception, who kindly directed me to the Shindo training studio. The spa was excellent. Although it was quite busy, I see that as a positive sign of its popularity and quality. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of dishes and everything was delicious. I was especially touched that the member of staff welcoming guests at the breakfast entrance, although not Estonian, greeted me and wished me a pleasant meal in Estonian. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Greater attention should be given to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the rooms. At present, I would rate the cleanliness at 7 out of 10. A slightly worn chair is not an issue, but cleanliness certainly is. For example, the edges around the bathroom light switch were slightly dirty. 2. The use of traditional Estonian folk costume patterns in the carpets is an excellent and very stylish design choice. However, the carpets in both the guest rooms and the corridors are showing signs of wear and have visible stains. They would benefit from being reviewed and, where necessary, replaced.

The Park Inn hotel is ideally located in Tallinn, just a short walk (5 mins) into the centre. The restaurant is excellent and the spa facilities are great to relax in.

Nesting in a prime location, the place is easy to reach by public transport from the airport. The hotel staff was courteous and always willing to help, be it reception or room floor or conference hall. The buffet breakfast offering the variety and quality food to start the day on a positive note. And energetic one, as it takes time and effort to explore all the corners of Tallinn's Old Town.

A nice hotel with good services and central location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy with charging stations nearby. Garage entrance is narrow so you need to be carefull with a big SUV.
