  • Staff at the hotel - Exceptional, they make feel special, always helpful. Rooms, mine was facing the beautiful city - i forgot to sleep. I was in room 803, very beautiful. 21 -24//2023 Waitresses were humble and honest people. Reception and the doors are mannered by people who love their trade (Hospitality) . i truly enjoyed my stay.

  • We had an Amazing Time! I would like to commend the amazing staff at the restaurant downstairs. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and really made our meals here a joy and something to remember. I am going to mention them by name for the warm excellent service.. Nosi, Lulu, Gabbi, Marzel, Zulu and Carmen. Please let these ladies and gents know we appreciate them so much.

  • The hotel is clean The staff is friendly The service is world class The food is wonderful And nothing is broken I will be sure to book my stay here again and bring friends and family along with me to share in the experience! Especially the rooftop view!

  • Great location in city, walkable to V&A Waterfront. The hospitality was top notch! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and they surprised us twice with special treats, including a bottle of wine. Be sure to let them know if you have a special occasion! Only negative was noise from renovations during the day but it ended at 4 pm, so if you were out on a Cape Town tour or enjoying the wine lands you wouldn’t even know. Breakfast spread was great and good dinner options as well. Great stay!

  • We visited Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore. We love trying new places and would like to recognize the staff and service at Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore. We received the best service from Carmen, Mazel, Fairoez, and Jerome. They made sure our every need was met and gave us a tour of all the facilities. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.
