I would like to leave a positive review for someone who works at this hotel. Her name is Kate. I stayed 1 night at this hotel and I accidentally made a double booking. Even though it’s non-refundable, she was kind enough to help and ensure I was not charged twice. Thank you Kate for your attention

Only stayed for one night but we had a great stay. We upgraded and had a fabulous room on the 6th floor with a view towards the sea. There was plenty of space, it was so comfortable, there was a coffee machine plus a kettle for instant coffee, chocolate and tea. There were even two lovely dressing gowns. I'd also mentioned to the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they kindly left cake and a card in the room for him. There was plenty of choice for breakfast which we very much enjoyed. All in all a great hotel at a very reasonable price.

Good hotel close to the centre. Nice rooms. Quality beds and linens. Near and clean all through. Choice at the breakfast is poor when compared to few years back. Please bring back the standard

Service was very good and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The central location was ideal for my business requirements.

Great hotel, good sized room, very quiet, good breakfast and most important of all, we did a work related video call with some colleagues in the morning and Jodie at the bar kindly turned down the volume of the music which is highly appreciated
